Does anyone have $3,000 we can have/borrow? We are $3K short of getting the house that we have been searching 6 months to find. I checked the couches but no $3,000. Sorry.
You may already love your loan agency, and it's probably way too late, but we LOVED Axiom Financial. (no incentive for referrals, I just genuinely liked them.) We qualified for an FHA loan which covered the house AND the closing costs and gave us a great rate (5.54% last April). So we didn't have to put any money down. Maybe you've already looked into that but just in case it could help you get your house, I thought I'd mention it. Of course, you might make too much money to qualify, in which case, sorry dude.

I wish I had the money to loan you. I want to see the house though, you never told me about it. Where is it located? I can't wait for you to get your own place. It makes you feel so grown up! :0)
