Thanksgiving has come and gone and now so has Christmas and all of 2011 for that matter. We find ourselves reflecting on what 2011 brought us....a whole lot of HUGE changes, that's for sure. 1)We found out we were having twins, 2)We bought a house, 3)We had twins 2 weeks later, 4)Brett switched jobs. It's been exciting around here and I in no way would want to live this past year again. We have seen many miracles in our lives and are so grateful for everything that has happened in 2011 and are excited to see what 2012 brings to us.
Here are a few pictures of the past month and a half.
My mom holding both babies and loving it. My parents have been so great and have been coming to be with the babies every Sunday so the rest of us can enjoy church and not worry about the babies getting sick.
For Thanksgiving all of the Wilsons headed out bowling. This was Jules and Libby's first time.
Libby was so strong and picked her ball up every time.

The day after Thanksgiving we set up Christmas. The girls were so excited and loved having the house all decorated. I didn't take a single picture of Jared, our elf, but we did begin our tradition of having Jared the elf watching over them every day.
Maybe 2 in a baby swing is too much.
The carousel and the Provo Mall
I took Libby potty right before seeing Santa and she peed over the toilet and got her pants all wet. I didn't know what to do and of course I didn't have a new pair for her. There was no line to see Santa and I didn't want to miss this opportunity. So we went and saw him anyway. I wasn't going to let her sit on his lap but as I turned my back to take the picture Santa puller her right up on his lap. I guess what Santa doesn't know won't hurt him right? This was the day before our niece Ella went and saw him and announced that she tooted on him. Poor Santa.
Instead of gingerbread houses, we did nativities. We were all going to build our own but did one together instead. The one in the background we deemed as the Inn.
Cute babies Kate and Jane.
Our ward Christmas party.
Some attempts at taking the babies' pictures. Some turned out pretty good but they are few and far between. This is Jane.

Of course this is Kate with her typical tongue.
....and then attempting to do both...at night...during their grumpy time.
...and then we Christmased.
Jules felt fine that morning...then around 1:30 she got sick for the next 3 full days.
and some toys to keep the babies entertained.
Brett and I didn't go all out this Christmas. We bought a washer and dryer back in October when our washer decided to break the week the babies got home. So that was our early Christmas. We are also getting new smart phones.
and the babies turned 4 months. The outfits are still fitting.
We didn't get the chance to see the lights at Temple Square before Christmas this year, so we went after. We thought it would be fun to get the whole experience in and we took Trax. Kyle has been home for the holidays too so he came along with us and we had a great time. Here Kyle is teaching Jules how to not fall down when it goes and stops.
Libby cheesing it as usual.
Libby in front of a blue tree. For some reason this kid LOVES the color blue.
Some other shots I took of the kids on a happy day and at a happy time.

How precious. I loved all the pictures. The babies look great. We need to get all the babies together sometime, that would be fine. Lucky you, having your parents babysit every Sunday! We've been bringing the babies every week to church and Jared teaches in Primary so I just have random people help me out. Our pediatrician said not to do that in January though because RSV has just hit this area. Looks like a real fun Christmas! At least you got new washer/dryers for all that laundry :)
I can hardly believe how much the twins have grown already! They're so CUTE! Cute pictures of Jules and Libby too. You amaze me.
You have the most beautiful girls! Just like their mom! :)
